What safety precautions are you taking during COVID-19?

We would like to reassure you that we are taking extra precautions in regards to safe, contact-free delivery during this worrying time. Your delivery driver will knock on your door, stand back, confirm delivery and then sign on your behalf. At present all parcel deliveries continue as normal. We use DPD to ship your High Taste box and all DPD depots and hubs are working as normal. 

  1. Any team member with coronavirus symptoms will be required to self-isolate at home (we currently do not have any cases)
  2. Hand sanitizer and gloves are already used in our facility as normal practice but we have reiterated hand washing protocols and introduced additional anti viral cleaning products into the work flow for each member of the food production team
  3. All staff have their temperature checked on arrival for work, before entering the kitchen, and also when finishing work.
  4. Food production areas are being routinely deep cleaned with anti viral cleaners and high temperature washing mechanics

 

Why frozen meals?

Your hand prepared meal is frozen to seal in the freshness. This frozen state allows us to deliver meals direct to your doorstep which you can then use at your convenience. We have carried out extensive testing to ensure that only ingredients that are able to stand up to this process are used in our cooking, in turn, this ensures that you are still getting restaurant quality meal delivered to you. No preservatives are used in our hand cooking or freezing processes.

 

How will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive in it’s own insulated box. This box is in effect a mini freezer to ensure your meal stays frozen. The sealed box contains your meal surrounded by dry ice to ensure it stays frozen. You can remove your meal, then store or cook as required.

 

When will my package arrive?

To offset the cost of packaging and delivery of your meal, we have a minimum order value of £30 to qualify for free delivery. Your order will arrive the next working day when placed online before 12 midday Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday-Sunday will arrive latest on Tuesday.
